  • FH series high-efficiency eddy current separator is a new type of compound powder separator which has been successfully developed on the basis of the original T-Sepa high efficient eddy current separator, which has been developed by V type dispersion grading device. It is suitable for using the roller press or the ball breaker as the pre grinding system (or the sand production line mechanism for sand making production line) before the tube mill. The material from the roller press or the ball breaker (or the sand making machine) has a wide distribution range, and the cement particles of the "32um" can be selected first by the FH type pulverizer and directly into the cement. Without the need of grinding the ball mill, the coarse particles greater than 1.0mm are separated and then returned to the roller press or the ball breaker to break. And the particles of 0.032mm < d < 1 are sent to the ball mill for grinding. Because some of the cement particles are separated early, the particles entering the ball mill are all homogeneous and the system grinding efficiency is large. The output is more than 15% higher than that of the original system. It is an ideal substitute for the traditional V classifier.

    First, structure principle
